Horse shows and medieval jousting

Jousting, mounted parades, gala entrances and mounted medieval sports

Two knights in Maltese cross caparisons before a joust

Equestrian shows for medieval markets, historical fairs, town festivals and town councils. Horses with riders costumed to the theme: medieval, Roman, Arabian or Renaissance.

Mounted parades and gala entrances

Mounted parades, gala entrances, escorts and displays, woven in with the rest of the circus, dance and fire cast. The horse opens the parade and marks the entrance of the procession: it is what turns a march-past into a gala entrance.

Horse dance: the horse, the dancer and the musicians in the village square

Display of medieval mounted sports

The exercises a knight trained with for combat, performed on horseback and narrated to the audience as they happen: mounted archery, sword cutting, rings, the quintain and javelin throwing.

Includes a short talk on how a knight is dressed and what a warhorse was. It adapts to the space available and to the length of the programme.

Display of medieval mounted sports staged together with Caballeros del Alarde.

We stage equestrian shows in towns and cities across Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Andalusia, Extremadura, Aragon and the rest of Spain and Europe. We travel to any town and adapt the number of horses and performers to the event.

It can be booked together with the falconry display and with the rest of our medieval entertainment, all in one programme.

We work with town councils and fair organisers, with performers registered with Spanish social security, public liability insurance and all the paperwork in order.

All-inclusive quotes: performers, costume, props, social security registration, travel, accommodation and per diems, with several options to choose from. Cannot see your theme? We create it at no extra cost.

The same horses appear in a parade: if the council is looking to hire horses for the Three Kings parade, they come with a rider, period tack and their health documentation and movement papers in order.
